Uhh Houston we have a problem.

My baby girl cannot soothe herself. At all. She screams so hard sometimes she sounds like she is hyperventilating. She screams in the car seat. She screams if I lay her in her bed. But the second I walk in and pick her up she turns it off like a switch. I'm at a loss for what to do. When she's out she's so peaceful.
